These exceptional students have demonstrated dedication, leadership, and academic excellence throughout their time in the band program, and we are honored to support them as they pursue their future endeavors.
The selected recipients represent an impressive unweighted GPA average of 3.58, with one student ranking in the top 10 of the Class of 2025. These individuals have shown unwavering commitment to their craft through countless hours of rehearsal and performance in Marching Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Winterguard, Colorguard, Percussion, and more. They have served as spirited ambassadors for the school, performing at pep rallies, musicals, UIL competitions, parades, and even graduation ceremonies.
As they look ahead to careers in fields such as Creative Media, Engineering, Nursing, and Education, one thing is certain—their experiences in the Northwest Band program have equipped them with the resilience, teamwork, and passion to thrive in whatever paths they choose.
The Northwest Band Boosters extend a heartfelt thank you to the 2024 Scholarship Committee: Mr. Aaron Gemotes, Charity Tout, Sarah Rowlett, and Melody Shue for their time and thoughtful selection process.
These students exemplify the spirit and heart of the Northwest Band. Congratulations to each of them!
