Band Banquet:
Please join us for our annual end of the year Band Banquet to celebrate all of our band accomplishments  this past year. Hosted at the beautiful Lucky Spur Ranch, you will enjoy a catered dinner, awards, recognitions and dancing. Purchase tickets here.

2026/27 Executive Board:

At the April 13th Band Booster Meeting, the Nominating Committee presented their recommended slate of new Executive Board Officers. With no nominations from the floor, we are excited to welcome the following individuals to serve our Booster Club for the 2026-2027 school year.

Proposed By-law Changes:
Members of the Northwest High School Band Booster Club met on Monday, April 13th and determined newly proposed amendments to our current By-Laws that were last approved and adopted in May of 2025. Please click here for proposed changes. These changes will be voted on by membership at the May 2026 Booster Meeting.

Fundraising:

Texan Treble Trot 5k:  Update: This event has been cancelled.  Due to scheduling issues with Northwest ISD, Boosters sadly had no choice but to cancel this event. Our event coordinator will work with refunding participants this week.
Kroger  Community Rewards: Ongoing program  where you can link your Kroger  Rewards Card to support our Northwest Band Boosters  simply by  scanning every time you check out. > Get Started!

Popcorn Fundraiser : The Boosters are selling popcorn every Friday during all school lunch periods. Stop by, support the band and enjoy some delicious popcorn! Only $2 per bag.  Sign up to Volunteer via BoosterHub!

Band Booster Scholarship:
Each year the Northwest Band Boosters appoints a Scholarship Committee to oversee the process of reviewing applications and selecting recipients. The purpose of the scholarship is to recognize outstanding members of the Northwest High School Band (including musicians and color guard) and to help them pursue higher education. Certain criteria must be met by each applicant.  For the 2025/26 Academic School year we had several applicants with outstanding applications. After careful consideration and review, our Scholarship Committee presented 10 Northwest High School Seniors with a scholarship to continue their education. >More
